Want To Live Like Designer Karim Rashid? Buy his Chelsea Loft

Are you in the market for a Manhattan loft filled with one-of-a-kind, off-beat decor? Well have we found the perfect place for you! (Let’s ignore the nearly $3 million price tag, for now.) Our friends over at Curbed are reporting that famed industrial designer Karim Rashid has listed his Chelsea loft for sale.

[ad#Google Adsense u tekstu]Rashid is known for his eccentric designs, many of which fill the loft that he purchased in 2008 for $2.475 million. While his furniture designs are not included in the sale of the residence, the space does boast Rashid-designed “faucets, sinks, mirrors, and tiles”.

The loft was even featured in a 2010 issue of Interior Design magazine. Currently used as a one bedroom with an adjacent office, the apartment is listed at $2.795M, a steal at only $320K more than Rashid paid for the space, right?
