Socialite and designer Nicky Hilton and Canadian ‘recording artist’ Drake have both been busy in the Southern California market, trading up and trading out on some big-ticket digs. While Hilton is getting rid of her monochrome West Hollywood box, Drake shelled out the cash for an outsized estate in Hidden Hills.

The nondescript interiors of 4,000 square foot home are made even more so by a severe black-and-white color scheme, though the dining room does receive a bit of color from (of all things) vintage palm-print wallpaper. Not much of a backyard to speak of, though a swimming pool is squished in against the bordering hillside. Perhaps the home’s location just off Sunset Boulevard is the justification for its $3 million price tag…
