The actress’ glamorous Manhattan home is now on the market for $4.25 million.
If you’ve been holding out for the chance to buy Cameron Diaz’s lavish New York apartment – the time has come.
The newly married actress, who wed musician Benji Madden in January 2015, has listed her 1,400-square-foot, two bedroom bachelorette pad for $4.25 million – a whole $1.3 million above what she paid for it in 2008 — according to the Wall Street Journal.
Diaz did complete a gut renovation on the prewar, Greenwich Village apartment, calling in design world “it” girl (and our girl crush), Kelly Wearstler, making the price hiked totally worth it.
For her part, Wearstler transformed the space into a glamorous and opulent oasis, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and custom wallpaper lining the closet. Diaz was very hands-on with the project, Wearstler revealed to ELLE DECOR, saying, “I’m delighted by how well the space represents her.”
