The newest celebrity real estate scuttlebutt out of the pastoral countryside in the U.K. is that stunningly beautiful English “actress” and spokesmodel Elizabeth Hurley and her blond, beefy and beau-hunky retired Australian cricket player fiancée Shane Warne have scooped up Donnington Hall, an historic, 187-ish-acre country estate 50-some miles southwest of Birmingham near the scenic and literary-minded town of Ledbury.  (more…)

Records show Miss Bell, formerly engaged to producer Kevin Mann and now engaged to actor Dax Shepard (Parenthood, Baby Mama, King of the Hill, Punk’d), picked up her Studio City spread in November 2006 when the then 22-year old coughed up a very grown up $3,100,000 for the 2.6 acre property situated at the tail end of an exceptionally long private drive shared with two other homes. Real estate site Curbed reports that actress Scarlett Johansson and actor Ryan Reynolds have listed their home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz for sale. The couple reportedly purchased the home in August 2010 for $2.9 million but are now asking for $3.65 million following news of their divorce. (more…)
